About
Ryan’s main passion lies within weightlifting more specifically the Snatch. He loves to find new ways to better his ability therefore transferring that to classes so others have new ways they can improve and fine-tune their lifts.
Weightlifting has been the leading factor in why he has become a CrossFit coach as lifting heavy while moving well is simply amazing. He can’t wait to apply his knowledge and understanding of weightlifting to all of his classes, so that when the time comes members can hit their much desired PBs.
Ryan has spent many years playing rugby before starting CrossFit which has taught him great teamwork skills and leadership skills which he will bring to all his classes to give members the advice and help they need to boost all aspects of their fitness.
